1. Services & Digital Goods
WOLF GAMING provides digital gaming credits and assets. By initiating a transaction, you agree to these legally binding terms. All payments are processed through secure, third-party fiat-to-crypto gateways.
2. Digital Delivery & Proof of Service
- Delivery Timeline: Digital products are dispatched immediately or within a maximum of 24 hours following payment confirmation.
- Proof of Delivery: For every transaction, WOLF GAMING maintains a comprehensive 'Digital Delivery Proof' log. This includes the blockchain transaction hash (TXID), precise timestamps, and user identifiers. This log serves as definitive evidence of service completion.
3. Strict No-Refund Policy
- Finality of Sale: Due to the irreversible nature of cryptocurrency and digital goods, all sales are final.
- No Chargebacks: By completing a purchase, the user acknowledges that they waive the right to any 'change of heart' refunds or payment reversals.
- Exceptional Cases: Refunds are only considered if WOLF GAMING fails to deliver the service as described, excluding any network or cryptocurrency price volatility.
4. Compliance & Anti-Money Laundering (AML)
WOLF GAMING adheres to international AML and KYC standards. We and our payment partners reserve the right to request identity verification for any transaction to ensure security and prevent fraud.
5. User Responsibility & Wallet Security
Users are solely responsible for providing the correct wallet address (USDT/XRP). WOLF GAMING is not liable for assets sent to an incorrect address provided by the user.
